Docusign is looking for a highly motivated Front End Software Engineer to join our Product-Led Growth team under the Product Development organization. The Front End Software Engineer will execute on all aspects of the software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the e-commerce and product-led growth applications. You enjoy fast-paced entrepreneurial environments where you can solve difficult problems using current technologies and tools. You collaborate well with other team members when brainstorming, designing, and implementing new solutions. You will also help the team succeed by thinking about ways to improve processes, suggesting ways to make the team more effective, and mentoring and modeling engineering best practices.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Engineering Manager, UI.ResponsibilitiesCreate high quality, user focused experiences with React or NodeHelp build and design the new Micro Frontend (MFE) infrastructureBe actively involved with building and maintaining our new component libraryMentor junior plus level engineersDevelop and maintain automated tests for your codeParticipate in an Agile environment using Scrum software development practices, automated unit testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and version control systems (GIT)Raise issues proactively that might impact delivery commitmentsDiagnose and resolve production impacting issues and maintain the code as neededWhat you bring

BasicBS degree in CS or equivalent work experience5+ years of professional experience building single-page applicationsExperience building Micro-frontendsExperience building react component libraryExperience working with HTML CSSExperience working with cross-browser behaviors and quirksExperience creating accessible web appsPreferredWorking knowledge of user authentication and authorizationExpert coding and design skills in React, Node using TypeScriptSkilled in REST API handling, error management, authentication, and optimizationProficient in asynchronous programming, state management, and API integrationPassion for learning and working with new technologiesStrong understanding of designExperience leading distributed teams including offshoreProduct development experience building large scale web applicationsExperience designing and developing highly scalable consumer-facing web applicationsCares deeply about writing high performance, reusable code for components that will be used across our productPassionate about creating an inclusive and accessible user experienceFamiliarity with SaaS eCommerce and multichannel web marketingExperience with internationalization and localizationExperience with server-side technologies like Node.jsExperience working with Headless CMS like ContentfulWage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $134,900.00 - $216,975.00 base salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area): $129,000.00 - $190,550.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus, equity and
