The opportunity:
This role will cover the San Francisco territory to include San Francisco and North Bay. This position will report to the Regional Sales Manager, Northern CA and work in partnership with teammates within the region in on & off-premise accounts, and collaborate with multiple distributor partners in the assigned territory.

You call San Francisco home. You have one to three years of demonstrated successful sales experience opening new accounts, increasing distribution, volume growth, and managing wholesalers. You have a proven ability to build new relationships and maintain them. You are competitive, self-motivated, and passionate about growing the brand alongside your teammates with a willingness to learn and be coached in real time.
In This Role You Will:
Own On and off-premise accounts within the assigned territory by building meaningful relationships with buyers.
Distribution management: Work with the distributor reps to ensure the execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.
Cultivate a relationship with the distributor sales team to execute sales initiatives, orchestrate ride-a-longs, and participate in ABP’s at the instruction of the Sales Director.
Drive constant email and phone communication, regular in-person visits, and ride-along with distributor sales reps.
Time management: Effectively manage time by calling on and off-premise accounts weekly by priority.
Promotions: Work together and communicate with the field marketing team to schedule and/or execute JuneShine promotions, samplings, and sponsorships on a weekly basis.
Communication: Communicate updates on weekly recaps, key initiatives, what’s working vs. what’s not, wins/losses, and tools needed to be successful on a weekly basis with Regional Sales Manager.
Team growth: Work in conjunction with fellow teammates within the region to share best practices and maximize opportunities.
Help to execute National Account gaps per Regional Sales Director.
Educate accounts why we are premium and different from our competitors.
Must Have's:
21 years of age or older at the time of application.
State-specific alcohol certification required by the start date.
Must live in the assigned territory area with reliable transportation: San Francisco.
Minimum of 1-year experience in alcohol beverage sales.
Willing to manage a large territory that requires weekly travel.
Previous Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales experience, with proven results.
Knowledge of wholesale distribution and operations.
Able to regularly work during evenings and on weekends as needed.
Strong interpersonal skills.
MS Office and/or Google Workspace proficiency.
Desire to contribute to a fast-paced, purpose-driven company.
Compensation:
Full-Time, Salaried Exempt. The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00.
