Your opportunityAs a Director Enterprise Systems, you will work with our team to transform our company's tech stack and internal systems by overseeing projects, resourcing, and delivery processes. You will also be responsible for working closely with the customers, consulting team, developers, and management to ensure project success from kickoff to go-live.

This is a remote-based role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to use video calls, Slack, Zoom, and other asynchronous communication tools.

What you'll do

Being responsible for the deliverables, schedule, and quality of the project

Planning and managing team goals, project schedules, and new information

Supervising current projects and coordinating all team members to keep roadmaps on track

Communicating with Business Stakeholders about project requirements, scope, progress, and risks

Running the daily stand-up for team status and blocker updates

Identifying and creating overall team efficiencies

Evaluating potential roadmap problems and developing solutions

Deescalating customer issues effectively and timely

Generating excitement and recognition of team accomplishments

Act as liaison between customers and leadership to provide feedback on new feature developments

Other duties as assigned

This role requires

Participation in each phase of at least 4 full Salesforce / Integrations/Billing lifecycle implementations

At least 10 years of Salesforce/ Integrations/ Billing lead or project management experience

Experience managing IT projects dealing with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Document management and ability to use project management tools

Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and willingness to communicate with the customer effectively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving aptitude and analytical mind with business acumen

Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and self-motivated

Experience working as part of a remote team

Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

Independent and enjoys process optimization

Estimated Base Pay Range:

$ 187,000 - $ 234,000The pay range above represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
