What You Will Do
Develop and implement ground-up human resources strategies to support the long-term growth and development of the company
Provide strategic partnering with the leadership team in the cultural evolution of the business
Lead all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, total rewards and compliance
Manage the company's talent acquisition and retention functions to provide strategic and tactical support to senior management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including EEO and OSHA standards
Lead the preparation and execution of employee engagement and development programs
Develop and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness and consistency in employee treatment
Provide leadership and direction to the HR team
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement business plans and HR strategies
Assess and manage human resource risks, including employee turnover and legal compliance
Lead initiatives for organizational development, including change management and succession planning
Develop and implement strategies for compensation optimization
Provide strategic HR input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification
Progressive experience in human resources management with at least 5 years in a global senior leadership role
Strong understanding of talent management, employee relations, and performance management
Proven experience in managing an HR team and working collaboratively with other departments
What Will Put You Ahead
Experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing sector
Experience in managing complex union and worker council agreements
Experience integrating organizations with different cultures
Proven track record of leading successful organizational development initiatives
Experience in strategic planning and execution
