SRG Global is looking for a Vice President of Human Resources to join our team in Troy, MI!

What You Will DoDevelop and implement ground-up human resources strategies to support the long-term growth and development of the companyProvide strategic partnering with the leadership team in the cultural evolution of the businessLead all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, total rewards and complianceManage the company's talent acquisition and retention functions to provide strategic and tactical support to senior managementEnsure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including EEO and OSHA standardsLead the preparation and execution of employee engagement and development programsDevelop and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness and consistency in employee treatmentProvide leadership and direction to the HR teamCollaborate with other departments to develop and implement business plans and HR strategiesAssess and manage human resource risks, including employee turnover and legal complianceLead initiatives for organizational development, including change management and succession planningDevelop and implement strategies for compensation optimizationProvide strategic HR input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProfessional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certificationProgressive experience in human resources management with at least 5 years in a global senior leadership roleStrong understanding of talent management, employee relations, and performance managementProven experience in managing an HR team and working collaboratively with other departments

What Will Put You AheadExperience in the automotive industry or manufacturing sectorExperience in the managing complex union and worker council agreementsExperience integrating organizations with different culturesProven track record of leading successful organizational development initiativesExperience in strategic planning and execution
