Corporate Support; 109 Northpark Blvd., Covington, LA 70433 or 6385 150th Ave N, Clearwater, FL 33760Job Summary:As the marketing Content Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of a strategic content plan to amplify brand presence across digital platforms for the world's largest pool company. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality content, including Social Media, Brand Videos, Blogs, and other marketing campaign assets. Your expertise in content strategy, copywriting, SEO, and production management will help drive engagement and success across channels.Responsibilities:Develops and implements content strategies that align with marketing objectives and brand identity.Writes and edits high-quality, on-brand copy for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email.Manages and mentors junior team members, including writers and content creators.Oversees the production of digital content, from scripting to storyboarding to video shoots to post-production, ensuring consistency in brand, messaging, and quality.Leads video shoots including interviewing talent, co-directing shoots, and collaboration with videographers, art directors, and other stakeholders on production.Optimizes copy/content for SEO to increase visibility and drive traffic.Partners with digital coordinator to Track performance metrics and refine content strategies to enhance engagement.Coordinates with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure timely and successful content delivery.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, and digital content production management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.Proficiency in SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.Experience in managing video production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing.Strong leadership and time management skills.Proficiency or strong familiarity with content creation tools and software (Canva, PowerPoint, Premiere).Ability to multi-task to accomplish multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bilingual, Military, Military Spouses and Veteran applicants are strongly encouraged to apply!
