AirSculpt is seeking a Vice President - Marketing, CRM and Brand!
About AirSculpt
AirSculpt is a next-generation body contouring treatment designed to optimize both comfort and precision, available exclusively at AirSculpt offices. The minimally invasive procedure removes fat and tightens skin, while sculpting targeted areas of the body, allowing for quick healing with minimal bruising, tighter skin, and precise results. More than 50,000 AirSculpt cases have been performed in AirSculpt’s 30+ premium locations throughout the U.S, Canada and the United Kingdom. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Owns the development and execution of CRM Strategy from the when the lead is created through conversion to paid client. Partners closely with CDO (Chief Digital Officer) to develop & execute on the brand strategy for AirSculpt, including the brand purpose & vision, target audience and personas, value proposition, brand positioning, voice/messaging, and visual identity. Collaborates with Director of Social to harness the power of customer testimonials and experiences and turn them into powerful and compelling stories that drive emotional connection and a call to action. Maintains a strong partnership with Sales, ensuring the journey from lead to patient is exceptional and well coordinated. Ensure creative consistency across all touchpoints from prospecting campaigns through customer engagement, and reactivation. Work closely with VP, Tech to maximize the effectiveness of tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Twilio Marketing SMS. Manage team of email managers and creatives. Proactively contributes to strategic planning, analysis and implementation of initiatives designed to grow same store comps, create new revenue streams, etc. Accountable for the performance and ongoing improvements to the consumer experience, with an eye towards a superior user experience & brand presentation designed to better educate the customer and accelerate the path to conversion. Leads development of promotional strategy leveraging analytics to evaluate performance. Manages external agency scopes of work/resources, identifies new partners as needed. Actively participates in development of annual marketing plan and budget. Required Job Qualifications: Minimum 15+ years experience in direct to consumer marketing with experience managing and experience with agency oversight and managing multiple direct reports. Expert in SalesForce Marketing Cloud. Adept at synthesizing large amounts of granular data into cogent strategies and clear business recommendations that are suitable for a C-level audience. Ability to live between 5,000 and 30,000 feet to fulfill daily needs but to think holistically about brand and business opportunities, team structure, etc. Cross-functional leader, capable of motivating and leading teams across disciplines. Analytical thinker with a penchant for data driven problem solving skills. Strong storytelling skills and executive presence. Excellent communicator, adept at navigating, socializing and building advocacy for concepts and ideas within an organization. Takes a growth mindset approach to everything they do. Available for occasional travel to Miami Corporate office. Preferred Job Qualifications: Industry experience in high consideration products like luxury travel, beauty treatments, wellness etc. MBA. Salary / Compensation: Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
