JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Student Engagement Coordinator promotes students' personal growth by assisting them with high-quality out-of-class experiences through student activities, leadership development, community service, multicultural/diversity programs, trips, and special programs.

Provide guidance and support to student clubs and organizationsDevelop, implement, plan, and assess programs for studentsManage and coordinate all events and applicable contractsResponsible for managing, developing, and disseminating internal communications about activitiesProvide support for service opportunities and partnerships that are collaborations with campus departments and unitsCollaborate with marketing team to create and develop the promotion and advertising of events on campusCoordinate event planning to ensure room reservations, setup details, and campus policy regarding vendors is completeMay supervise student staff members

This job requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid USdriver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be requiredin addition to standard background checks.
