Job Responsibilities:
Operate vehicle to transport passengersPerform general housekeeping duties to keep vehicles clean and habitable on the inside; clean windshield and rear-view mirror(s) as neededRead and record odometer readingsCheck general operation of vehicles, such as:Fuel levels, tire pressure, Headlights and turn signals, doors, windshield wipers and hornProvide customer service to passengers, such as greeting, providing direction, and loading/unloading bags as needed; with or without accommodationsVerify attendance of those travelling in vehiclesDocument last minute passenger changesLocations for travel may include, but not are limited to:
Public transportation pick-up and drop-off (Philadelphia bus/train station, Philadlephia/Harrisburg/BWI/State College Airports)Local travel to shopping and entertainment venuesOut of state travel for special trips/engagement opportunitiesMay include 1 to 14 passengers at any given timeCommunicate with Student Life Office related to:
Vehicle maintenancePassenger listsPicking up and returning keys, mileage sheet, and passenger list
This job requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid USdriver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be requiredin addition to standard background checks.
This job requires the following 3 publicly available clearances:•PA State Police Criminal Background Check•PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form•FBI Criminal Background Check
