Job Description
Do you have a strong administrative background and great customer service skills? We are looking for an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our team!
Overall, the individual will need to have strong MS Office skills (to include extensive experience in calendar management) and excellent communication skills.
Personnel at this level shall be able to perform all of the tasks and have the skill set of an Entry Level Administrative Support.
Recommend innovative processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the officeCompose written communication in response to complex customer queriesPrepare routine status reports and track office-related metricsManage routine website content updates and coordinate more complex website changes with webmasterCoordinate scheduling, organizing, and execution of meetings, events, conferences, and off-sitesAttend meetings, events, and forumsAssist in maintaining inventories, records, and receiptsCoordinate office renovations and relocation activities, assisting with facilities management related requests as needed.Support TIER actions, assign actions to the appropriate divisions or branches, follow up on actions, coordinate responses in a non-conflicted manner for senior management review, provide status reports, and participate at customer-wide TIER meetingsTS/SCI with CI Poly required prior to consideration.
Job Requirements
High school diploma/GED plus at least (7) years of experience desired OR Bachelor's degree with a minimum of (3) years of experience.
Experience with protocol and precedence; ID/DoD structure, regulations, directives and policies is desired.
