CGI is seeking for a Technical Analyst / Product Owner who can bring in expertise and industry standard methodologies define better development.Work with IT application technical teams to develop appropriate technical requirements, data models, building API's and database designs that result in the appropriate solutions for the customer.

This role can be performed from client sites in Bloomfield, CT (Preferred), Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, Chatanooga, TN or Lafayette, LA in a Hybrid Model.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Provide expert technical guidance to peers, IT leadership and other departments regarding business process design and improvement and the use of enterprise applications.Collaborate with business and QA partners to review documented business requirements and create business scenarios and correlated user stories that properly reflect the needs of the customer and meet the expectations of our business partners.Work closely with scrum masters, PMs, QA and development teams to organize agile delivery.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

At least 6 + Years of experience as a Technical Analyst analyzing API & web and mobile application systems.Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into clear, concise and easy-to-read Use Cases.Strong experience in Data Mapping based on the FHIR standards.6+ Years of experience as technical product owner.Deep understanding of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources)Excellent application design skills and building technical logic for web and API.Ability to perform data mapping exercise for clinical data from the source system to FHIR data model.Experience with AWS in designing data flow and Lambda.Work closely with scrum masters, PMs, QA and development teams to organize agile delivery.Conduct JAD sessions with business/IT stakeholders to articulate mobile impacts and document artifacts.Should have at least 4 years of working experience in analyzing Soap and Web services.Conduct data and systems analysis on impacted modules within mobile device platform and enterprise service/source system layers.Should have the analytical capability and the technical acumen to grasp/convey architectural design concepts (SOA, data models, web/mobile application design, infrastructure) with technical teamsWork with UX design teams to define the mobile / web experience for end customers.Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to effectively partner with both business and technical IT teamsUnderstands Agile delivery methods and has experience working in a SCRUM environment.Experience with database query tools / Strong SQL skills. Data mapping experiences w/data movement and transformation a plusProven collaboration skills; demonstrating ability to pull a diverse group of individuals with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions. Capable of driving decisions.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Ability and willingness to support systems or other functions when necessary for the good of the project.Strong time management skills; highly organized and detail oriented. Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Should have the business acumen to engage in stakeholder discussions with product owners, business leads and program managersKnowledge of the HealthCare industry and Mobile/Web technologies is preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $85,800-$185,800.
