Associate Engagement Director, VML LLC, Detroit, MI. Collaborate with business, technology, and analytics partners to determine data needs and establish data collection requirements. Support analytics technical design process including architect, build, and documentation of technical solutions. Lead analytics and media tagging implementation, including configuration of Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics and other MarTech tools. Create testing artifacts and coordinate with quality assurance to test tracking implementations. Advise and lead data integration efforts across core MarTech platforms, including Analytics, CRM, Marketing Automation, Data Management Platforms (DMP) and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). Guide MarTech Activation operations for digital projects and develops MarTech systems integration and implementation plans. Contribute to MarTech systems audits to determine opportunities for integration, automation, and consolidation. Lead the MarTech Activation team to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality deliverables.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering, Information Science, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience in the position offered or a related position.
Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:
Tag Management Systems (TMS) such as Tealium iQ, Adobe DTM, Adobe Launch, or Google Tag Manager (GTM);Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics;JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, and Data layers;Agile methodologies and SCRUM delivery;CRM, DMP, analytics, testing & personalization, marketing automation, CMS, tag management, or CDP;Digital marketing channels, marketing technology, and advertising technology; andDebugging, troubleshooting, and fixing tracking configuration and solution integration issues.
