What does aN Assistant Property Manager do?
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will engage in a variety of daily responsibilities. You will assist with tenant communications, addressing inquiries, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve conducting property tours and interviewing prospective tenants.
You'll coordinate with maintenance teams to address repairs promptly and manage service requests efficiently. Additionally, you will support the property manager in collecting rent, creating and distributing marketing materials to attract new tenants and maintaining accurate records, including lease agreements and tenant files.
