Night Shift Manufacturing Operations Associate Manager
to join our team in
Dallas, TX.Key Responsibilities:Support the leadership team at our large bottling and distribution facility during night shift hours.Mentor and develop leaders and frontline employees to foster a strong team environment.Work with cross-functional teams (Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse) to optimize efficiency and output.Drive cultural changes and excellence in manufacturing practices.Promote safety values among all associates in the manufacturing facility.Monitor planned downtime hours, collaborating with Quality and Maintenance to minimize downtime while maximizing its strategic use.Ensure staffing during the night shift allows for full operational capacity and achievement of labor budgets.Assist in maintaining quality goals and preventive maintenance of production lines.Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and HR policies, including GMPs and Food Safety standards.Implement continuous improvement methodologies and conduct root cause analysis to enhance production processes.Participate in key projects involving workforce planning, budgeting, new product launches, and equipment upgrades.Engage in audit activities to guarantee compliance with internal and external standards, including FSSC.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a four-year degree is preferred.Five or more years of production experience in manufacturing, preferably in a leadership role.Experience in the consumer products industry or food and beverage is beneficial, especially in quality and hygiene regulations.Familiarity with TPM, Six Sigma, and various problem-solving methodologies.Strong understanding of production processes, preventive maintenance, and budget management.Proven track record of developing individuals and teams effectively.Excellent relationship-building skills to achieve strong internal and external partnerships.Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives under tight deadlines.Strong communication skills to facilitate action and encourage collaboration.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with experience in coaching and mentoring.Willingness to respond to after-hours critical issues as needed.How to Stand Out:Expertise in process improvement.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present complex data clearly.Experience coaching and developing teams of 10 or more.Examples of promoting safety and quality cultures in past roles.Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Methodologies.Food & beverage industry experience is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Fundamental understanding of production/manufacturing process improvement techniques like SQDCI, OTD, TPS, and Kaizen.Proven experience building interdepartmental relationships.At Primo Brands, our established portfolio includes iconic brands such as Poland Spring® and Pure Life®, among many others.
