job responsibilities include:Budget management for $100MM operations organization, including production, winemaking, and vineyard operations.Capital budgeting responsibilities, including project evaluation with NPV/IRR. Ability to find and drive returns, perform analysis, post audits, etc.Evaluate/Analyze COGS, including variances, and serve as catalyst for reducing costs / improving productivity.Inventory monitoring and analysis, including establishment of provisions and impairments. Assists with driving liquidation efforts.Partners with business to review results, identify opportunities, drive for results, and serve as a catalyst for change.

Position Requirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. Post graduate degree, MBA and/or CPA preferred.5 years in a similar capacity of operations/supply chain finance.Previous experience in accounting or cost accounting, with a strong understanding of standard costing, analysis of variances, etc.Ideal candidate has led through operations transformation in driving productivity and operating model changes.MS Office Suite competence including Financial Modeling, Expert-Level Excel, Expert-Level Power Point.Experience with JDE or similar large-scale ERP.Hands-on approach to the work; able to identify opportunities, mobilize the organization, and follow-through to completion.Detail oriented with strong quality orientation on work product. Familiar with spreadsheet controls.

Your Compensation:$120,120 - $162,162/yr. based upon relevant experience.At Ste. Michelle Wine Estates we believe in paying our employees equal pay for equal work.
