Charles Schwab and Company, Inc. is hiring a(n) Sr Specialist - Software Development and Engineering (ref. Code 2024-104610 in Westlake, TX.

Duties: Execute all stages of software testing lifecycle using various testing methodologies and SDLC using Agile and Scrum. Perform sanity, functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing. Create Selenium automation scripts in C# using SWAT framework with Data Driven Testing approach. Perform web-services testing for Restful web-services using Postman and SoapUl tools. Create automation test scripts for web services testing using Rest Assured. Automated end-to-end scenarios for different methods GET POST, PUT, and DELETE. Perform web-services testing using Postman and SoapUl to test JSON and XML requests and responses. Design end-to-end Page Object Model framework for Angular JS application using Protractor and BDD Jasmine Frameworks for JavaScript. Involved in using Maven build tools to manage framework dependency jar files. Use Bitbucket as code repository and Gradle as Project Build Management tool. Good knowledge of new standard industry tools for logging bugs and managing test cases. Developing, maintaining, and executing performance test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner. Perform in manual testing and writing test cases and executing in Jira. Use Splunk for finding Logs for finding the cause of the errors, confluence as a wiki for storing the Project Data, and SauceLabs for mobile testing scenarios and for cross browser testing. Create test plans and test cases as per requirement specifications and business rules. Select test cases to be automated and perform functional testing of the front-end using Selenium WebDriver. Perform Continuous integration automation testing using Bamboo.

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and 36 months of experience in a related occupation. Related skills may be required.
