This role involves analyzing inventory data, forecasting demand, and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to enhance inventory efficiency. Essential Job Functions Develop and maintain inventory forecasts using historical data and market trends. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability across all channels. Collaborate with Merchandisers and Buyers to optimize purchasing strategies based on demand forecasts. Analyze inventory turnover rates and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with sales, marketing and merchandising teams to align inventory with promotional activities and new product launches. Implement inventory management best practices and streamline processes. Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy. Prepare and present inventory reports to management, highlighting key metrics and insights. Identify and address inventory discrepancies and issues as they arise. Stay informed about industry trends and supply chain developments. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Required Education and Experience Bachelor\'s Degree. 3+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain processes. Preferred Education and Experience Experience with Pro Audio/Video/Lighting/Musical instruments. Experience with AX. Qualifications Knowledge of inventory management software and forecasting methods. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Competencies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel). Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
