Duke Lifepoint Hospital 355 beds Home to the Frye Regional Brain Center, Cancer Center, Heart Center, Lung Center, Orthopedics, General & Vascular Surgery, Surgical Weight Loss, Women's Center, and Level 3 NICU 32 bed ED, 29 bed inpatient rehab, 15 bed surgical suite & imaging Frye South Campus comprises of an 81 bed adult Behavioral Health Hospital.Job Requirements
Minimum 1.5 years CVICU experience required.Associate Nursing Degree required.Strong critical thinking skills preferred.1 year CVICU experience after orientation complete is a must-have skill/experience.Common Diagnosis/Treatment includes CABG, TAVR, STEMI, and Carotids.Schedule Information
Shift: To meet the needs of the facility; every other weekend or as required.Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36.No on-call requirements.Float Requirements: per scheduled rotation.Unit Specific Information
Number of Beds: 8.Patient Ratios: 2:1 with occasional 1:1.Equipment used includes Impella, IABP, CRRT.EHR system in use: Cerner.Patient Population: Adult/Geriatric.
