The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a full-time Program and Management Analyst, GG-0343-12 located in the Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX. Recruitment incentives are available based on eligibility This position is a Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) position aligned under authorities of Section 1601, Chapter 83 of Title 10, United States Code and DoD Instruction 1400.25-V2007.
In the position, you will serve as the Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (CCSD) Training single point of contract for planning, administering, developing and evaluation the division training and education services program. Responsible for all issues and policies for directing, planning, administering, developing, and evaluating a comprehensive internal training as well as acquisition training, and performance management for all military civilians assigned to the division. Provides managers with objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of all division personnel, by accomplishing a wide variety of assignments concerned with the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs and operations. Serve as a training consultant to all Division leadership and employees and determine if quality training programs are in effect within all sections. Implement and manage training programs, policies, and procedures, as directed by higher headquarters, Senior Materiel Leader or Chief, Manpower. Personnel and Training.
