Your responsibility will be to lead your Team, help them grow in an effort to reach their potential while adhering to our company standards and managing dept operations including but not limited to:
Management of department operations, profitability, budget management, and customer satisfaction with a focus on achieving both internal and manufacturer goals.
Ensure customer follow-up through day-to-day management of the Service Advisors as well as personally dealing with potential issues.
Identifying process improvements that are value added for customer and employee experience.
Interview, hire and train Team members to support store operations and company growth.
Assist the GM in the overall success of the store, including all stores meetings, provide on the job training to the service dept and regular reporting to the GM with any issues or concerns.
Manager the payroll process within the department
Assist the Company in meeting the standards of providing a safe and healthy work environment, while meeting OSHA compliance standards.
Ensure positive associate engagement and employee development through timely and effective feedback, to include individual meetings, performance management and annual performance management.

Verbal and written communication skills.
Professional personal appearance
Attention to detail, organizing and planning.
Minimum of 1 year of service management experience
Results orientated with a prove track record of high customer satisfaction
Multi task in a high energy environment
CDK experience preferred
