Your responsibility will be to lead your Team of salespeople, help them grow in an effort to reach their potential while adhering to our company standards and managing dept operations including but not limited to:
Management of department operations, profitability, customer satisfaction with a focus on sales process and budget management.
Utilization of reports to analyze information and monitor trends to identify opportunities in the business.
Identifying process improvements that are value added for customer and employee experience.
Interview, hire and train Team members to support store operations and company growth.
Ensure positive associate engagement and employee development through timely and effective feedback, to include individual meetings, performance management and annual performance management.
Works with upper management to set strategy for the store and provide vision, direction and motivation to your Team.
Manager daily operations by communication and executing policies and procedures.
Resolve customer and employee issues
Drive business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations.
Appraising vehicles for trade.
Effectively manage pre-owned inventory to maximize sales profit and minimize vehicle aging.

Ability to maintain a level of professionalism and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Professional personal appearance
Attention to detail, organizing and planning.
Minimum of 1 year experience managing a high volume auto sales department.
Proven track record in desking and closing deals.
Finance and insurance experience encouraged.
Multi task in a high energy environment
CDK and vinsolutions experience preferred
