Summary You will serve as a in the PROGRAM ANALYST in the Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy (Intelligence & Security) NATIONAL SECURITY INTEGRATION OFFICE. Responsibilities You will analyze new or proposed strategy documents to determine which specified and implied requirements align with Technology Studies Group (TSG). You will evaluate to identify the causes of problems and choose the best courses of action in an effort to balance the interests of the mission. You will develop new TSG plans and programs to meet goals, objectives, and requirements established in new or proposed strategy documents. You will develop appropriate business practice for staffing the TSG program and execute the business practice taking into account cost benefit analysis and emerging requirements. You will actively lead working groups taking into account the mission, mindset, and priorities, of the participants and balancing TSG requirements. You will develop and implement procedures and methodologies for evaluating existing TSG plans and programs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing administrative program support in line with strategic requirements (e.g., correspondence, briefing products, training, personnel, and research & development); and developing multi-equity plans and/or implementing technologies into ongoing and future service strategies and operations.
