PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the AVIATION COMBAT ELEMENT DIVISION of MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD. Responsibilities You will assist in developing future manned and unmanned VTOL/Assault Support aviation capability requirements and material solution recommendations. You will assist in the management of current manned VTOL/Assault Support aviation related capabilities and gaps. You will review and analyze emerging joint manned and unmanned VTOL/Assault Support capabilities and concepts containing Marine Corps equities and develop and staff appropriate service recommendations. You will assist representatives from other commands and agencies in the development of testing and evaluation criteria for unmanned aviation systems. You will identify opportunities to provide or make recommendations for Marine Corps support to joint capabilities development workshops, seminars, war-games, working groups, conferences, and integrated process team meetings. You will provide technical expertise, advice, and evaluation of technical and operational matters involved in the execution of all VTOL FoS related, Air Vehicles Branch functions. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing technical expertise, advice, and evaluation of technical and operational matters involved in the execution of Air Vehicle Requirements Branch functions.
