About the Role
Essity Health and Medical Solutions is looking for an experienced Brand Manager who will be accountable for brand building in the U.S. market in line with global brand strategies. This role will own the strategy for Bracing & Supports and Physiotherapy in Sports Medicine & Veterinary.
The position is in our offices in either Philadelphia or Charlotte.

What You Will DoActimove brand owner; Responsible for brand P&L, brand building and profitable market share developmentLeads annual brand plans, owns brand A&P and defines brand activation touch points in collaboration with Marketing Activation ManagerCollaborates with Digital Activation Manager to maximize digital & paid media in alignment with the brand planCollaborates with Global Communications and U.S. Activation team to implement Brand & Innovation campaigns, tracking, and corrective actionsBriefs Marketing Activation Managers about annual brand planOwns Brand's product assortment and pricing. Drives assortment launches and discontinuations together with global partnersBrand building targeting athletic trainers, distribution partners, veterinarians, & health care providersIdentifies and supports creation of required clinical and product evidence for product range in key channelsExpert in capturing consumers' and customers' insightsProvides feedback to the global brand strategy and innovation roadmapWho You Are
Bachelor's degree3+ years' experience in a Brand Management or Product Management role in healthcare, preferredSports Medicine experience, a plusE-comm experience, a plusFinancial acumen and understandingStrong communication and collaborative skillsAbility to set Marketing PlansAbility to project manage and lead workstreamsAbility to demonstrate a strong work ethicTravel up to 30%About Our DEI Culture
