The company is a rapidly growing engineering business located on the Space Coast in Melbourne, FL.

Critical Frequency Design is looking for a Human Resource Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, and providing support to employees and management. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and a passion for working with people.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.Coordinate onboarding processes, including orientation and training for new hires.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.Address employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution.Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.Performance Management:

Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs.Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and providing constructive feedback.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee performance and Development.Compensation and Benefits:

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.Ensure compliance with compensation policies and regulatory requirements.Conduct salary surveys and make recommendations for compensation adjustments.Conduct benefit surveys and make recommendations for compensation adjustments.HR Compliance:

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.HR Projects and Initiatives:

Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and programs.Support organizational change and development efforts.Support employee engagement activities and recognition programs.Collaborate with the leadership team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is for a full-time exempt employee and must be able to work regular business hours.Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum Qualifications :

3 years of experience in a similar HR role.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong technical communication skillsPreferred Qualifications

SHRM-CP or PHR certification.Experience with employee training and development programs.Experience in a start-up, fast-growth, dynamic work environment.
