Our company/manufacturing facilities are growing rapidly
and the Information Technology (IT) Functional Business Partner inside the IT & Security Function will support and be an engaged member of the Facilities leadership team and will make impacts in the following ways;
Developing and overseeing IT strategic plans, projects, budgets, and IT service delivery support to achieve integrated business plans of BAE Systems’ Electronic Systems (ES) sector.Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships across stakeholder organizations and deliver timely solutions and efficient services to meet explicit and implicit needs of the business.Working closely with the IT service centers to ensure scope, cost and schedule for critical facility projects to achieve our manufacturing ramp to rate milestones.Creates formal networks with key decision makers and serves as external spokesperson for the organization.Develop solutions to problems of unusual complexity which require an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovativeness.Manage internal and external (supplier) stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.Manage projects focusing on one of the following: manufacturing facilities, relocation of existing space, or infrastructure/networking projects.Required Education, Experience, & SkillsQualified candidates should have strong and balanced competencies in business acumen,
IT service delivery, technology modernization, security requirements, collaboration, communications, and team leadership.
Business acumen and working level experience in support of business operationsExhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness. Applies and/or develops highly advanced concepts, techniques and standards. Viewed as expert in the field outside of the corporation.Extensive knowledge of IT industry standard service delivery, operations, processes, standards, tools, and technologies with a strong focus on infrastructure solutionsUnderstanding of project management, business finance, and budgeting process fundamentalsStrong written, verbal and presentation skills—able to communicate technology solutions to non-technical stakeholders by focusing on business outcomes and valueStrong leadership competencies and operates with executive presenceUnderstanding of basic cybersecurity principles and integration; both classified and unclassifiedUnderstanding of ICD 705 closed program requirements relating to site or lab buildsDemonstrate the ability to define HVAC and Power requirements for Classified Fit-Ups
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Demonstrated record of capturing and developing business requirements in order to support the development of technical solutionsProject Management and oversightAbility to carry out data analytics in order to identify opportunities for efficiencies and innovation.Experience in managing projects with a Shared Services IT business model.Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferredITIL Foundations V4 CertificationBackground and knowledge of working in closed or classified environmentsSecurity + Certification
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
