Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Integrated Marketing team designs, executes and reports on multichannel campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive demand, enable sales, provide customer insights and increase employee engagement through the ownership of all components of campaign development, implementation and measurement as well as ensuring our various channels and messages are working together to consistently articulate the value of TE to our customers, employees, partners and influencers. They create, implement and measure the impact of integrated marketing campaigns leveraging all marketing channels (advertising, public relations, digital/social media, collateral and events), ensuring the alignment of campaign strategy with overall marketing strategy and business priorities. They monitor and measure campaign Return on Investment (ROI) to ensure TE consistently implements successful promotional campaigns and programs and are responsible for creating and maintaining print and digital marketing materials including newsletters, technical literature, presentations, direct mail and advertisements, working closely with Business Units and Center Communications teams to ensure alignment in campaign messaging.

The Marketing function in the Industrial & Commercial Trucking (ICT) BU has evolved to a critical business partner driving impact on the business and making meaningful contributions to the commercial engine including breadth and depth of customer understanding. This journey has transformed people, data process and technology. In order to meet the expectations of a demanding and dynamic market, there is a need to build further commercial capabilities in the team, understand and improve customer experience as well as navigate and lead a highly matrixed organization.
The Director of Product & Integrated Marketing will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Business Development, Engineering, Business Insights Team, COE and segment marketing colleagues to implement and measure commercial capabilities within our function that serve the business needs, strategic marketing programs, events and product promotions to drive business results through incremental customer/market intimacy, revenue pipeline, leads and improved sales.
Role: Remote US - Travel as needed
Key tasks/responsibilities of the job:
Generate customer demand and loyalty by developing, deploying and measuring the results of clear and compelling product marketing programs for both new product introductions (NPIs), legacy product promotions and technology solutions.
Act as the assigned product lines Marketing representative and collaborate closely with this group (understand portfolio strategy, participate in staff calls, collect & share insights that feeds business strategies, etc). Communicate with Product Managers on key product development and updates to develop an effective go-to-market strategy.
Achieve greater customer engagement and business growth through the use of data and strategic capabilities.
Collaborate with Sales Team to identify market trends and the competitive landscape, support Customer Focus Teams initiatives and ensure appropriate focus of the team through resources and planning.
Ensure all market-facing communications deliver clear, compelling, differentiated messages that drive customer engagement and response. Gatekeeper of TE’s brand. Drive creativity and differentiation through our look & feel aligned to TE brand charter.
Responsible for Account Specific, Account Base Marketing and Integrated Marketing programs.
Lead/critical contributor to commercial elements of acquisition integration (M&A)
Create, implement and measure the impact of marketing programs leveraging all marketing channels - advertising, public relations, digital / social media, collateral and events.
Attend ICT major tradeshows globally and provide support and strategic input for company events including trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, customer events and internal company events.
Define, measure and report on the return of all demand marketing activities and investments.
Manage assigned budget in line with plan.
Qualifications & specialist training required:
12+ years of experience in integrated and product marketing with 5+ years in leading global teams
Experience in B2B marketing including creative agency management, messaging and value proposition development
Experience in campaign and product marketing, branding, digital and partner development
Preferred direct/indirect experience in product management including P&L ownership, research and other commercial aspects
Experience with creating and managing project plans for various marketing and event activities
Technical writing experience, with an emphasis on translating complex technical information into clear and concise value propositions
Ability to assess risk and adapt the course of action to meet schedules and resolves problem
Analytical competency and ability to work with data
Excellent project management skills including managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously
Proven experience in interacting with senior management and executives with an ability to change thinking and gain acceptance from others
Strong communication skills.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $150,000 – 180,000(subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
