This Senior Implementation Manager - Electrical position will provide technical support and oversight for Enterprise Risk Projects, ensuring deliverables are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and with high quality. As an expert, this manager will validate project readiness, improve schedules, reduce costs, and mitigate risks, particularly during critical refueling outages. This full-time position is located in Richland, WA. Pay rate: $84.67 - $112.06 Benefits:Sick Leave: One hour of paid sick leave for every 40-hours worked (sick leave can be used after 90-days of employment)EAP: Employee Assistance ProgramBenefit Options: Medical, HSA, Group Life/AD&D, Voluntary Life/AD&D, Voluntary Short-Term Disability, Voluntary Long-Term Disability, Voluntary Critical Illness, Voluntary Accident, 401k (eligible after one year and 1,000 hours worked - employer match up to 4%)Other benefits include the following: Calm App, Access Perks Responsibilities:Conduct iterative reviews of key project documentation to identify strategies for refining schedules, improving quality, and optimizing resource use.Identify and correct errors or misconceptions in project documentation for successful implementation.Key documentation includes project schedules, implementation methods, risk registers, work orders, quality control inspections, test plans, clearance orders, resource load boards, budgets, and radiological strategies.Validate the quality of Work Order Tasks (WOT) before field activities, ensuring compliance with Columbia work management processes.Remediate WOTs that lack quality, contain incorrect references, introduce error traps, or have poorly written instructions.Review, comment, and provide improvements to testing and acceptance plans (factory, shop, site, mock-up, post-modification, etc.).Identify activities and processes benefiting from mock-ups, providing input to make them effective.Communicate personal and industry operating experiences, developing response strategies for each.Serve as the ASME Person in Charge (PIC) for Section XI Repair & Replacement Plan work scope when needed.Maintain a broad knowledge base of codes, standards, technologies, technical skillsets, implementation strategies, and industry trends relevant to Enterprise Risk Projects.Provide timely and candid feedback to Project Managers, Oversight Managers, and Department Management on project strategies and implementation plans.Oversee shop or field activities as needed, ensuring progress aligns with the project strategy and providing coaching to prevent plan deviations.Act as the designated person in charge of project activities on shifts opposite the Project Manager, overseeing crews of over 50 individuals when required.Coordinate and collaborate with vendor resources to remove roadblocks.Attend key strategy meetings with the Project Manager, such as Design Review Boards, Steering Committees, Integrated Implementation Briefings, High Risk Work Plan Challenge Meetings, Project Readiness/Challenge Meetings, Schedule Development Meetings, and Risk Management Meetings.
