Job Description Location: Richland, Washington Type: Contract Job 7876 Overview: ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Senior Implementation Manager will provide technical and support services to Enterprise Risk Projects. This position will be responsible for ensuring project deliverables are executed with quality, safety, on schedule, within budget, and in the most effective manner possible. This full-time position is located in Richland, WA. Identify errors or misconceptions for successful project implementation. Key documents include: Project Schedule (work management and project lifecycle schedules) Implementation Means & Methods (EN and Vendor) Risk Register, Work Orders & Associated Documentation (e.g., weld records, ASME Section XI repair and replacement plans, field sketches) Quality Control Inspections & Hold Points Test & Commissioning Plans Clearance Orders & Turnover Strategy Materials, Tools & Specialty Tooling Resource Load Boards (including mobilization and demobilization strategy) Budget / Estimate (assumptions, constraints, unit rates, wage rates, etc.) Radiological Strategies (e.g., balance between contamination controls and work scope) Rigging / Material Handling Plans Validate the quality of all WOTs associated with assigned scope before field activities, ensuring adherence to Columbia work management processes. Remediate WOTs that lack quality, contain errors, or poorly written instructions. Review, comment on, and improve testing and acceptance plans (factory, shop, site, mock-up, post-modification). Identify activities or processes that would benefit from mock-ups. Provide input and guidance to make mock-ups effective. Share personal Operating Experience and identify industry or similar Operating Experiences related to project activities. Develop response strategies for each Operating Experience example. Serve as the ASME Person In Charge (PIC) for Section XI Repair & Replacement Plan work scope as needed. Maintain a broad knowledge base of associated codes, standards, innovative technologies, technical skills, implementation strategies, and general industry trends related to Enterprise Risk Projects. Provide timely and candid feedback to Project Manager(s), Oversight Manager(s), and Department Management on project strategy, implementation plans, and other facets supporting project success. Provide oversight of shop or field activities to ensure adherence to the approved project strategy. Offer coaching as needed to prevent changes to the plan. Serve as the designated person in charge of project activities on shifts opposite of the Project Manager, overseeing crews of over 50 individuals when required. Coordinate and collaborate with vendor resources to identify and remove roadblocks. Attend key strategy meetings with the Project Manager as needed.
