In September 2021, we joined Levi Strauss & Co., one of the world's largest brand-name apparel companies and a global leader in jeanswear. Beyond Yoga operates as a standalone brand with the benefit of LS&Co.'s global capabilities to help it achieve its goals of brand-building, store opening, category expansion and distribution.
This role will report to the HR Director and is responsible for providing high quality comprehensive professional HR support. Based in Culver City, California, this role requires an understanding of HR principles and practices, interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle a variety of HR functions.
About the Job:
Recruitment and Onboarding:Review and update job descriptions in collaboration with hiring manager, ensuring they reflect current roles and responsibilities.Coordinate and support interviews with the applicant and hiring team.Manage the onboarding process, including communications, paperwork and benefit enrollment.Employee Relations and Compliance:
Be the first point of escalation for all queries and employee relations cases across the business, especially retail. Partner with manager and corporate partners to ensure they are dealt with in a in line with local legislations and company policiesMaintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.Talent Development and Performance Management:
Partner with manager to identify and facilitating change and business improvement activity.Partner with the business to identify strategies to increase employee engagement through communication, policies, and practices.Assist to drive a culture through talent management, performance management, and leadership development, especially with retail management.HR Data Management:
Maintain accurate employee records and data.Prepare HR reports and analytics.Close collaboration with cross functional partners on data analytics or compliance practices.Other Duties:
Assist with HR projects and contribute to business projects.Connect with other HR functions and build a network to ensure consistency in ways of workingAbout You:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in HR roles.Previous experience supporting retail.Proficiency in Workday.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $64,300 - $85,700 per year We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
