Salary: $90,000 - $135,000/yr. (plus a differential draw for year one plus sales commission, 2% of the revenue sale) Schedule: 1st shift Remote with 50% travel - preferred location Pacific Northwest but not required. Regional Sales Manager responsibilities: Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. Manage existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts through organized daily schedules. Tailor sales presentations based on sales outlet types and customer needs. Target sales efforts by analyzing dealer volume and potential. Submit orders referencing price lists and product literature. Keep management updated with activity reports, including daily calls, work plans, and territory analyses. Monitor competition, gather market information, and suggest improvements in products and policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business Administration with 2-3 years of sales experience in the energy sector. Strong communication, critical-thinking, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Knowledge of Green Energy products and services and willingness to travel as needed.
