Our client, a leading dental healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join their team. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Technology Solutions department supporting the migration of data, applications, or systems from one environment to another. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong project management experience, and a proven track record of successful project coordination.
Job Title: IT Project Coordinator
Location: Carrollton, Texas
Pay Range: $70K-$85K
What's the Job?
Overseeing and coordinating the migration of data, applications, or systems from one environment to another (e.g., from on-premises to cloud, or between different platforms).
Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets related to the migration process.
Collaborating with various teams, including developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders, to ensure smooth execution of the migration project.
Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies for the migration process.
Ensuring that the migration follows best practices and complies with relevant security and data protection standards.
Coordinating testing and validation of migrated systems to ensure data integrity and functionality.
Facilitating communication between different teams and stakeholders involved in the migration project.
Tracking project progress and providing regular updates to management and other relevant parties.
Assisting in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including migration plans, schedules, and reports.
Helping to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the migration process.
