Facilities Coordinator

Our client, a leader in the financial sector, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be part of the operations team supporting various territories across the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

Location: Raleigh, NC (On-Site position, may allow for 1 day remote per week)

Pay Range: $28-$32/hr based on Excel experience

What's the Job?

• Oversee work order management and coordinate with vendors regarding late work orders.
• Manage and support facility operations across various bank locations.
• Assist in revamping key performance indicators (KPIs) with vendors.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis, including creating formulas and pivot tables.
• Engage in effective communication with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of facility issues.

What's Needed?

• Experience in commercial real estate or retail (not multifamily/property management).
• Prior experience in facility coordination or management.
• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and formula creation.
• Ability to oversee multiple territories and manage vendor relationships.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
