Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

Location: 3900 Northwoods Drive Arden Hills MN 55112 United States

Client Type: Real Estate

Max Payrate: $19/hour on W2 FIX.

Duration: 06 months to help with holiday events

Interview Process: Phone Screen with HM either onsite interview.

Hours: Part Time. 8:30-1pm with Lunch, M-F

Resource's typical working day :

  • Small office, quiet. Lowkey. Engineer/Development Office

  • Keep up Break Room Supply

  • Ensure items stock/in date

  • Check Coffee machines are working

  • Space Walk/Inspection

  • o ensuring all looks well according to outlines

  • WO system/PO system to review

  • Review and respond to all items that come in

  • Coordinator with Building management and janitorial as needed

Years of Experience needed:

  • 1-2 years in Customer Service preferred

  • Level of Education: HS Diploma/GED

Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Office

Top Must have Skills: Organized, Independent, Customer Service focus

Top Nice to have Skills:   Experience
