Telemetry competencyMust be able to manage 6-7 patients depending on the shift.Urology and bowel experience (that’s our two biggest patient populations)Schedule Information

Number of Beds - 44Type of staff: Day Shift – staffing grid calls for 1 charge, 11 RNs, 4 CNAs, 1 unit secretaryNight Shift – staffing grid calls for 1 charge, 10 RNs, 4 CNAs, 1 unit secretaryType of equipment – Telemetry, PCA, wound vacs, Baxter IV pumps, TPN, tube feeds, urinary cathetersEMR - CernerList typical procedures performed on unit(s): TPN, PCA, Wound vacs, Tube feeds, PEG tubes, dobhoffs, NG tubes, Colostomies and urostomies, Drains: biliary, JP, nephrostomy, urinary catheters, CBI, Heparin drips, IV antibioticsCholecystectomies, appendectomies, podiatry, bowel resections, plastics, urology surgeries and nephrectomies, hysterectomies, mastectomies, oral/maxillary, thyroidectomies, hernia repairsBest personality Fit: Positive, smiling, and engaging, Fast-paced and energetic, Good communicator with the charge nurse, unit secretary, providers, and the CNA teamAdditional Details
