Day Shift – 1 charge RN, 2-3 RNs, 1 LPN, 1-2 PCTs, 1 unit secretaryNight Shift – 1 charge RN, 2-3 RNs, 1 LPN, 1-2 PCTsPatient Ratios – 6:1, Goal is for charge nurse to be out of staffing to assist.Weekends: every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule.Unit Specific Information
