Job Title: Industrial Project Manager
Job Description
Works closely with Client, Project Management to plan, develop and oversee site projects, establish priorities. Keeps project within budget, schedule and scope. Responsible for all aspects of cost management, including estimating, funding, budgeting, forecasting, controlling and reporting. Uses extensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take offs, change orders, and contracts to properly identify and process scope changes, address issues, communicate regarding project milestones, etc. Continuously develops relationships to identify and cultivate opportunities. Devises new approaches to problems, and prepares or modifies drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs, and monitors work for compliance to applicable codes and accepted engineering practices. Ensures all equipment, tools, and employees assigned to project operate in accordance with government regulations and customer requirements. Monitors the execution of safety programs and the performance of staff. Provides regular updates of project statuses to Sr. Management. Travels to jobsites on a regular basis to oversee projects.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in NA, Georgia.
Work Environment
The Industrial Project Manager will be in office at times but will need to be open to traveling to job sites and running teams to complete projects. They will be in person/virtual meetings consistently throughout the week and need to have a BD mindset and focus on the relationship-building side as well.
