Job Title: Project Leader - Capital and Operation Budget Coordination

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to support coordination and ownership of Capex and Operation budgets for E&F. The successful candidate will manage the overall Capital Budget program, oversee the Operating Budget, and develop KPI and visualization tools to accurately and concisely report on budget status. The role includes providing engineering and project management support for activities at non-manufacturing sites, managing overall project schedules and budgets, and preparing project status reports addressing schedule, budget, safety, and current open issues. Additional responsibilities include monitoring contractor performance, developing detailed user criteria documentation, and coordinating architect/engineer site visits and responses to contractor inquiries. The candidate will also review vendor and contractor payment applications and oversee the contractor’s Quality Control program.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with a Major in Engineering, Architecture or Construction management.

Experience managing complex budgets

Construction project management experience +5 years working on multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with individual project construction types of various scope and size.

Technical knowledge of design/building construction engineering and schedule management

Intermediate to Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).

Additional Qualifications:

Technical knowledge and understanding of project scheduling and estimating

General understanding of construction safety programs and requirements

Software capabilities: AutoCAD, Blue Beam, Microsoft Visio

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Georgetown, Kentucky.

Work Environment

The candidate will need to have experience with commercial and industrial renovations and facility improvement projects, with a primary focus on the commercial side. The role requires up to 10 hours of overtime per week, potentially including weekends and holidays depending on project status. The candidate needs to be onsite and may need to travel approximately 10% of the time. Occasional visits to resolve concerns with customers and contractors are required.
