This is for a position on the Trigger Management Loan Covenant Team within Commercial Mortgage Servicing.
The team is responsible for identifying and monitoring loan covenants.
The ideal candidate will have some Commercial Real Estate experience with the ability to review and understand Commercial Real Estate loan documents.
The candidate should also be ambitious and hungry to learn with the ability to quickly pick up and work in new software systems.
Excel skills using complex formulas such as index/match is highly desired.
The candidate needs to have strong analytical skills and written communication skills.
Experienced Level Excel Skills
Wells Fargo requires 4 days in office for this role; however, the candidate may be asked to come in 5 days a week during the training period.
