Property Manager

The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. We are looking for a Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. Responsibilities: • Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly • Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner • Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth • Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing Qualifications: • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills • Some weekend and evening hours required • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office • High School Diploma or equivalent • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service Compensation: $52,000
