Responsibilities: • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers • Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly • Maintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and contracting with landscaping services to ensure our tenant’s satisfaction • Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair • Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process • "Make Friends and Solve Problems" • Quickly respond to incoming leads and set appointments with landlords and property owners • Work with owners and support team to onboard new owners and properties • Market properties for lease • Maintain relationships with owners throughout the lease until the sale of the property Qualifications: • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • High School Diploma or GED required Compensation: $58,000 - $185,000 yearly
