As a member of the PATH global Human Resources (HR) team, the Total Rewards Analyst will play an essential part in supporting our Total Rewards programs by providing in-depth research, data analysis, contract/vendor management and effective communication around compensation, benefits, and global mobility initiatives. They will also help promote and uphold the policies and procedures of our Global Total Rewards team. As a key support and linkage for all our Total Rewards functions, the Total Rewards Analyst will be a content subject matter expert and ensure the smooth operations of core activities. They help streamline workflows and resolve issues quickly and efficiently for both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of Total Rewards programs which include Benefits, Compensation, and Global MobilityCreate and maintain comparison databases that compare benefits practices and market trends across different countriesContribute to the data submission for third-party compensation and benefit surveysAdminister Global Mobility policies and practices, track contracts for employees on international assignments, and assist in preparing cost estimates and agreementsMaintain and update internal documentation, including SharePoint sites and Total Rewards Box Folders and ensuring all information is updated and easily accessible by internal partnersServe as an ambassador for Global Total Rewards processes, policies and practices, offering formal and informal training or one-on-one support to internal teamsAssist in the annual planning, reviewing, and implementation of Total Rewards Programs, including compensation and benefits planning, revision of policies, budgeting and Open Enrollment activitiesManage the accuracy and timeliness of data feeds to vendors and internal stakeholdersPerform data reconciliation, and assists in cost/utilization analysisMaintain and remain current on knowledge of compensation and benefit regulationsCoordinate between internal departments to manage contracts, vendor agreements, invoices and paymentsAssist in the planning, coordinating and communicating of wellness initiatives; track funds, and manage the purchase of wellness prizesRequired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or business, and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in compensation and benefits, or a combination of education and relevant experienceExperience in leave management strongly desiredExperience working in a complex, global organization and/or an international NGO preferredExperience working with salary and benefits surveys and tools preferredExperience coordinating and interpreting US benefits and compliance an advantageStrong analytical skills and keen attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with experience in Excel Dashboards, Tableau and/or SQLStrong customer focus and organizational skillsExperience working in a cross-cultural environment, with the ability to adjust communication accordinglyMust have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

We offer our employees a competitive salary and generous benefits. For candidates based in the U.S., the annual salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000. The final salary is based on a variety of objective factors.
