With more than 40 years of experience forging multisector partnerships and with expertise in science, economics, technology, advocacy, and dozens of other specialties, PATH develops and scales up innovative solutions to the world's most pressing health challenges.As a member of the PATH global Human Resources (HR) team, the Total Rewards Analyst will play an essential part in supporting our Total Rewards programs by providing in-depth research, data analysis, contract/vendor management, and effective communication around compensation, benefits, and global mobility initiatives. They will also help promote and uphold the policies and procedures of our Global Total Rewards team. As a key support and linkage for all our Total Rewards functions, the Total Rewards Analyst will be a content subject matter expert and ensure the smooth operations of core activities. They help streamline workflows and resolve issues quickly and efficiently for both internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities include:Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of Total Rewards programs which include Benefits, Compensation, and Global Mobility.Create and maintain comparison databases that compare benefits practices and market trends across different countries.Contribute to the data submission for third-party compensation and benefit surveys.Administer Global Mobility policies and practices, track contracts for employees on international assignments, and assist in preparing cost estimates and agreements.Maintain and update internal documentation, including SharePoint sites and Total Rewards Box Folders, ensuring all information is updated and easily accessible by internal partners.Serve as an ambassador for Global Total Rewards processes, policies, and practices, offering formal and informal training or one-on-one support to internal teams.Assist in the annual planning, reviewing, and implementation of Total Rewards Programs, including compensation and benefits planning, revision of policies, budgeting, and Open Enrollment activities.Manage the accuracy and timeliness of data feeds to vendors and internal stakeholders.Perform data reconciliation and assist in cost/utilization analysis.Maintain and remain current on knowledge of compensation and benefit regulations.Coordinate between internal departments to manage contracts, vendor agreements, invoices, and payments.Assist in the planning, coordinating, and communicating of wellness initiatives; track funds, and manage the purchase of wellness prizes.Required Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in human resources or business, and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in compensation and benefits, or a combination of education and relevant experience.Experience in leave management strongly desired.Experience working in a complex, global organization and/or an international NGO preferred.Experience working with salary and benefits surveys and tools preferred.Experience coordinating and interpreting US benefits and compliance an advantage.Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with experience in Excel Dashboards, Tableau, and/or SQL.Strong customer focus and organizational skills.Experience working in a cross-cultural environment, with the ability to adjust communication accordingly.Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.PATH is a diverse nonprofit organization that creates a culture of collaboration and partnership. here .We offer our employees a competitive salary and generous benefits. For candidates based in the U.S., the annual salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000. The final salary is based on a variety of objective factors.PATH provides a comprehensive benefit package that includes 15 vacation, 10 holiday, 2 personal, and 12 sick days per year; medical and dental plans; life insurance; and disability and retirement benefits.Hybrid WorkPATH operates within a hybrid workplace model unless otherwise noted.
