Job Summary
Manages all aspects of one or more projects for a research program and oversees all aspects of the project lifecycle. Provides leadership, technical direction, coordination, and expertise across projects. Analyzes progress and/or performance and prepares reports. Ensures compliance with budget, scope, timeline, and regulations. Assists with external communications.Essential Functions
This individual will manage a project related to product discovery related to the Listening iDentification and Immediate Amplification (LiDIA) device. Responsibilities will include 1) communicating with clinics identified to use LiDIA, 2) managing deployment of devices, 3) follow up to collect information about use and aspects of clinician, patient, device interactions, 4) recording of information related to use case, 5) follow up with clinics including training needs, 6) creating training videos as needed, 7) summarizing information learned from field use.Physical Effort
This position is primarily sedentary. Individual will use a computer, audiovisual, telephone, and other office equipment. The role involves some movement between lab spaces, offices, and conference rooms.
