$7000-$1,200 / week Paid Training Company Phone, Computer and devices are supplied Health Insurance Paid Bonuses Paid Time Off (Vacation) 401k Annual Raises Work from Home 50% of the time The ideal Executive Sales Manager must be: Can work and manage teams Coachable Personable Great Listener Charismatic Strong Communication Skills Experience in Sales Comfortable Multitasking Meeting and exceeding census goals as assigned As a Executive Sales Manager you will be RESPONSIBLE FOR: Joining weekly group calls Increasing clientele by conducting consistent outreach Communicating with prospective Clients inquiring about our services Completing timely follow up calls Overseeing CRM Software Building and maintaining Client relationships Meeting and exceeding census goals as assigned Feedback and support as appropriate Managing our team of 60+ and growing Clients / Caregivers Overseeing Client & Caregiver Satisfaction Resolving Client & Caregiver Issues and Concerns Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent One year of direct sales experience Experience with customer service Experience with managing people / employees Experience with a CRM system Experience with Google Docs
