AB Moving Services is a family owned, full service moving and storage company located in California and Hawaii. We are looking for friendly and motivated candidates with a great work ethic, motivation to book jobs, people oriented, and a desire to learn and grow with our well-established company that has been in business for 7+ years. This is a full time work position from the office located in
Honolulu, Hawaii
Monday-Friday but will require some evenings and weekends as needed.
You must to be VERY GOOD with a computer, excellent customer service, and you like to TALK ON THE PHONE!
Qualifications:
Customer service & sales experience - we will also train you
Professional phone etiquette - answering phones with a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills/proficient spelling and grammar
Experience with computers, Google Docs, calendar, email, and basic spreadsheet/excel
Able to multitask and prioritize
Goal driven - Part of this job is selling, so this is a competitive industry!
Accountable & coachable - ability to learn from mistakes and work towards being the best at what you do
Job Description:
Identify client needs and guide them to a solution using our phone script.
Ability to follow processes and procedures. This job requires someone who is detail oriented.
Answering the phones with a good clean voice and a positive attitude.
Collecting information from the customer about their upcoming move and enter in the CRM software at the same time.
Need experience with computers and with Google Docs, calendar, email, and basic spreadsheet/excel.
Organizational skills and time management.
Able to enter in the info into the computer while talking on the phone.
Warm calls to previous customers and follow-ups to customers with pending inquiries. No cold calls.
Verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize.
Team Player.
We are a small company so we do not offer any health benefits. We do offer paid sick leave after the 90 day probation period. We are flexible with needing time off if needed.
PAY: minimum hourly wages plus commission based PLUS EXTRA EARNING POTENTIAL!!! Will discuss at the interview.
