Job Description
The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will report directly to the CFO. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate and business finance in a multi-organization structure and will personify the values and mission of the company. This role requires an in-depth FP&A background with a demonstrated track record of compiling information from a variety of organizations to build a complete picture of where the business is both on a revenue and cost basis, leading the combined teams to provide deep insights, metrics and KPIs to enable business decisions. This individual will serve as a key member of the team and drive all strategic planning, financial planning, business modeling, forecasting and management reporting activities in partnership with the CFO.
Responsibilities
Compile information from various organizations to build a comprehensive picture of business performance.
Lead combined teams to provide insights, metrics, and KPIs for informed business decisions.
Drive strategic planning, financial planning, business modeling, forecasting, and management reporting activities.
Partner with the CFO to manage financial planning and analysis functions.
Essential Skills
Experience in corporate and business finance within a multi-organization structure.
In-depth knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in financial analysis and finance management.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and planning software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in digital marketing and private equity.
Knowledge of NetSuite (preferred but not required).
Familiarity with AI/automated systems.
Work Environment
This role is based in MO, with flexibility for remote work depending on individual requirements. The company is forward-thinking, utilizing AI and automated systems, with a goal to become the largest privately held company in the US.
