The Customer Trainer will work with cross-functional teams and in partnership with other Thomson Reuters team members. About the Role In this opportunity as a Customer Trainer, you will: Drive product adoption and usage, while helping customers achieve their expected ROI on Thomson Reuters' products Support revenue retention and growth by effectively partnering with the whole account team to uncover the customers business needs that align with Thomson Reuters product offerings Utilize adult learning principles and engagement techniques when leading training sessions Deliver exceptional service to our law firm clients Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in Westlaw, Practical Law, and other solutions products, as well as customer workflow, product uses cases, and industry trends Log, update and maintain activity and customer information within our business systems About You You may be a fit for the Customer Trainer role if your background includes: Juris Doctorate Sales & customer-centric aptitude with a revenue focus Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills High degree of professionalism and flexibility Adept at using web-based meeting tools 1-2 years of professional legal experienceis preferred Experience in adult training/educationhighly desired #LI-AY1 What's in it For You?
