Key Responsibilities:Plan and provide extensive administrative support for the annual Rodnick Colloquium (May 22, 2025).Respond promptly to inquiries from diverse stakeholders regarding the annual Rodnick Colloquium.Offer comprehensive administrative and planning support for department events.Assist in the seamless daily administrative operations within the executive's office.Aid in basic maintenance and updates to the FCM and event websites.Contribute to data entry and project management tasks.The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.To see the salary range for this position (we recommend that you make a note of the job code and use that to look up): TCS Non-Academic Titles Search (https://tcs.ucop.edu/non-academic-titles)Please note: An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate AND the current salary level of individuals working at UCSF in a similar role. UCSF departments deploy temporary employees to work on special projects, fill in for regular employees who are on vacation or leave, or to temporarily fill a vacant position during recruitment. Frequently temporary employees become successful candidates for career and limited appointment positions.Required QualificationsMust be available on May 22, 2025, for the Rodnick Colloquium.

Interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication.

Knowledge of a variety of administrative operational activities such as event planning and support, website maintenance, data entry, and project management.

Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). A willingness to learn new application programs and skills.

Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with demanding timeframes and minimal supervision.

Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns from various stakeholders.
