Applicants for the CEO/CFO position at the company should have a proven track record in a similar leadership role, with a strong background in finance, accounting, and operations. Experience in leading a company through significant growth, mergers, or acquisitions is essential, and a background in the manufacturing or related industry is preferred. The role requires excellent leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and execute effectively. A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required, with an MBA or CPA being a plus.
